LEGO EDUCATION Hands-on Lectures and Parent-Child Workshops
Through parent lectures, parents can first understand the relationship between LEGO and the “4C” learning method and process. Then, parents and children used their unlimited creativity to build the paradise / community.
LEGO Education lesson
Our school has launched a new LEGO Education lesson, using innovative thinking learning mode, with the themes of “My Community”, “Variety Paradise” and “Fun Car” at the K3, K2 and K1, through discussion and design between teachers and children, so that children can learn through play, and use LEGO bricks to build and create a community, playground and car. In the process, children‘s creative and thinking skills are stimulated, and children‘s oral expression skills and cooperation are strengthened.
The “Little Art Gallery” of the K3 class was opened
In order to match the picture book story “小恩的藝術館”, our K3 students decided to open an art gallery after discussion and planning, and through everyone‘s concerted efforts, they created different artworks, and their long-awaited “Little Art Gallery” finally opened! The children invited Principal Lam and Vice-Principal Ho to cut the ribbon for the art gallery, and the two young curators led the tour, and they also invited their parents to visit and appreciate the children‘s production results.
One person, one flower Tagetes erecta planting activity
In order to enhance children‘s awareness of environmental protection and greening the community , our school has recently participated in the “One Person, One Flower” activity organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and distributed “Tagetes erecta” flower seedlings to each student to take home and learn to take care of. Cultivate their sense of responsibility The small flower seedlings have grown vigorously after careful care by kids and their parents. Moreover, the kids have brought the flowers back to school and transplanted them to the flower garden outside the school, adding colorful colors to the flower garden!
K3 students visit the New Year’s Eve market
K3 little kids dressed in Chinese costumes and went to the New Year’s Eve Market on Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan. In the process, let the kids understand the traditional Chinese culture and feel the strong festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year. The children were experienced the experience of buying and selling.
Chinese New Year Celebration Activity
The children put on beautiful costumes and participated in the New Year celebrations together. The children in K3, K2 and K1 classes experienced the customs of the Lunar New Year through lion dances, New Year greeting activities and New Year costume performances respectively. In addition, we also tasted different New Year’s festive foods together. Let the children feel the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year.
K2 and K3 kids visited the Brighter Smiles Playland
K2 and K3 kids visited the Brighter Smiles Playland. By visiting the “Bright Smiles Home” and participating in the “Twisty’s Oral Care Workshop” activities, children can learn about the correct tooth brushing methods, tooth care knowledge and tooth cleaning tools. Children imitate the dentist in the “Funful Dental Clinic” to check the patient‘s dental health, take turns using different dental appliances, and happily experience the fun of checking teeth.
Birthday party
Our school held birthday party every three months.Everyone sing birthday song together and eat birthday cakes. The children have lots of fun. And every child’s birthday’s bags are full of gifts. The children on those birthday can choose a box of gifts to take home and play with their families.
Winter Fashion Show
A group of K2 kids held a winter fashion show. The kids showed off their winter clothes with confidence, just like little models who have been trained for many years. They all have their own characteristics and pose in different ways.
1210 Voting Day
Our school held a Election Day to choose the favorite cartoon character for the campus window film. Chu Cheong kids can experience the voting process and choose their favorite cartoon character. After the voting ended, the kids witnessed the counting process and voting results. Our school handles and honors the voting results immediately. And changed the BABY SHARK campus window film on 29th January 2024.
Children’s Fun Hundred Days Banquet
K1 class have joined the Chu Cheong family for 100 days. We held a “Children‘s Fun and Colorful Hundred Days Banquet”, and the kids sang together, play games, draw prizes, and eat cake. Parents were filled with joy when they witnessed the growth of their children.
K2 Project “Food”
In K2‘s project “Food”, children explored different kinds of food, and made fried rice and sandwiches by themselves. Children were very involved in the process of exploration and making .
K1 Project “My favourite fruit”
In K1‘s project “My Favorite Fruit”, children explored and tasted different fruits, and made fruit skewers, fruit sandwiches, fruit punch, and fruit salads by themselves. Children were very involved in the process of exploration and making.
Whole Person Education
Moral education is an important element of “Whole Person Education”. Our school‘s all classes respectively have the theme of “cherishing family, perseverance and courtesy”. Through diversified learning, children are cultivated to have good behavior and establish positive values. Our kids all achieved their goals and became I CAN Pioneers . They also received a reward a gashapon to show their encouragement.

All parents have dressed up their children Everyone’s look is quite special, and we have also prepared a lot of candies for our little kids !
A date with principal Lam
The theme of “Compliance, Optimism and Care” was adopted by the students of our Senior, Lower and Kindergarten classes respectively to nurture children‘s good behaviour and establish positive values through diversified learning. Today, we have selected six I CAN Pioneers to have a date with Principal Lam to share how to practice “Disciplined, Optimistic, and Caring” behaviors, and see how confident and expectant the Little Pioneers are. I believe that Zhu Chang‘s baby will continue to work hard and practice the good behaviors he has learned in life.
Parent-child indoor rock climbing activity
The school held a “parent-child indoor rock climbing activity” with the social worker which parents and children stretched their muscles together. In addition, students learn to solve problems and build self-confidence by facing challenges and experiences during the climbing process.
Parent-Child Nutritious Food Making Workshop
The school and the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre co-organised the “Parent-Child Nutritious Food Making Workshop”, in which dietitians teach healthy recipes and cooking tips using different ingredients.
K3 students participate in the Ocean Carnival
K3 class went to Ocean Park to participate in the Ocean Carnival, watch the sea creatures and giant pandas together, and touch the starfish and the sea to participate in the competition, everyone had a great time!

Seniors visit the Science Museum to explore new scientific knowledge.

Parent-Teacher Association organised Pizza Hut Children‘s Happy Tour, let the children to make Pizza together to share, It‘s so delicious!

K3 students visited the Fire Station
Where the children were allowed to observe the equipment on the fire truck, and the firefighters explained the firefighting tools and its uses, and even let the children try on the firefighter‘s uniforms.
